Compared with the past

How this page decides what to show. Each crop is compared with its own history over the window you pick. Readings below the 10th or above the 90th percentile are marked unusual. Where history is short (export sales, revisions), the highest or lowest reading on record is marked unusual. Weather counts only where the crop calendar says the crop is at a critical stage. The page puts crops and links side by side. It does not claim one causes another.
